| I-85 North - to the Chamblee-Tucker
Road Exit #94. Take a right off the ramp and an immediate left at
the first light onto Presidential Parkway. Follow the road about a
mile & make a right into Presidential Commons office park. Make
an immediate left turn, then a right turn to go around the building.
Suite 117 is the last suite on the right.

I-85 South - to the Chamblee-Tucker

after crossing over the highway, which is Presidential Parkway. Follow
the road about a mile & make a right into Presidential Commons
office park. Make an immediate left turn, then a right turn to go

I-285 East - to Chamblee-Tucker
Road Exit #34. Make a Right turn off the exit and head south to Buckeye
Road (the first street past McDonalds & Blockbuster). Make a right
on Buckeye Road, then make the 1st left, which is Presidential Drive.
Follow the road about ½ a mile. You will cross a little bridge,
then make a left turn after the Snapper Building on the left. Presidential
Commons office park is White Buildings with gray columns. A green
“Advance Leasing” sign is next to the entrance. If you
pass the mailboxes, you’ve gone too far. Abundant Returns is
in the 2nd building on the right, the first suite is #117.

Directions to Covington Office
From Atlanta - take I-20 East
to Exit 93, Hazelbrand Road. Make a Right turn off the exit and
follow Hazelbrand until you get to the stop light at Hwy 278, approx.
1 mile. Make a left turn at the light and make the 1st right turn
into the WalMart parking lot. Abundant Returns is in the strip mall
on the right.
